On Friday, June 27th, eNotices for your Dow Louisiana Federal Credit Union accounts was launched!
Now, every time you log into ePal a new eNotice icon and link will appear on the Main Balance page of ePal.
Here’s how it works:
When you log into ePal, the system will automatically check to see if you have any new eNotices. This will take between 5-10 seconds.
If you have any new eNotices that have never been viewed, the eNotices envelope will open and close. If there are no new notices, the envelope will remain closed.
You must be enrolled in eStatements to take advantage of this fantastic new benefit from DLFCU, allowing you to receive important information about your account quicker than regular mail.
In addition to receiving eNotices, you can use our Alert service to monitor your account activity and transactions with personalized daily alerts. This allows you to provide an extra layer of protection for your account. Choose the alerts you want, set your trigger amounts and we'll notify you when those conditions are met. Use eNotice alerts to monitor account balances, large transactions and account activity.
