ATM Card
You can get an ATM card for any DLFCU checking, savings or money market account. Use your ATM card to make withdrawals, balance inquiries and transfers wherever you see the CU24, VISA, Cirrus, Plus, Pulse, The Exchange, or CU Service Centers logos. Plus, Dow Louisiana Federal Credit Union Members now can take advantage of FREE TRANSACTIONS at any ATM you see the CUHERE™ network logo.
Courtesy Pay
With Courtesy Pay, DLFCU will not return a check you have written as long as it does not bring your account below -$500. Certain fees and restrictions may apply. Contact DLFCU for more information and eligibility.
Payment Protection
Protect your family from financial burdens if something should happen to you. DLFCU, in partnership with CUNA Mutual Insurance, make up to $100,000 in paymentprotection available on most loans and Credit Cards offered by DLFCU. We now offer both Single and Joint coverage for borrowers.

Forgot the checkbook? No problem!... just use your DLFCU VISA® Debit Card to make your purchase. The amount will automatically be drafted from your checking account! Your debit card can be used where ever you see CU24™, VISA, Cirrus, Plus, Pulse, The Exchange, or Money Pass™.

Extended Hours
Dow Louisiana Federal Credit Union has extended hours throughout the week and weekend. Monday-Friday 7:30AM-7:30PM and Saturdays 9AM-5PM

GAP Insurance
If your vehicle were stolen or damaged beyond repair, you would be liable to pay the difference between your insurance settlement (the value of the vehicle) and your outstanding loan/lease balance. For a very small cost, GAP Insurance will cover that difference plus may pay a certain amount towards your insurance deductible.
Multiple ATM Locations
Automatic Teller Machines (ATMs) are located outside each of our locations and also in the Dow Chemical Plant in Plaquemine. There are no transaction fees at DLFCU ATMs for our members.
Multiple Locations
There are four Dow Louisiana Federal Credit Union Financial Resource Center Locations. Our main facility is located in Plaquemine, Louisiana and our other to financial resource centers are located in Baton Rouge, Walker and Gonzales.
NCUA Insured
Each account owner is insured up to $250,000 (combined total of all accounts per person) by the National Credit Union Administration.
Overdraft Protection
Funds needed to cover an overdraft are automatically transferred from the account of your choice! Available on all checking accounts. Normal NSF and transfer fees apply.
