ACCESS TO e-STATUS

e-Status™ gives the borrower the ability to view the status on their mortgage loans* including:

Current Loan Balance, Due Date, and Payment History Breakdown of your payment, including the principal & interest, insurance, tax, etc.

Procedures for First time e-Status users: Call DLFCU's call center at 888-369-2207 to get your FICS Loan Number. Go to the e-Status Website and then go to the section that ask "If you are a new user, please click here to register." Then enter your FICS Loan Number and your Social Security Number. Next you will have to set up a user name, password, and enter a valid email address. You are now ready to view your mortgage loan information online through e-Status!

* Only mortgage loans dated from September 1, 2003 till present can be viewed through e-status. Second year mortgages may not be viewed through e-status.
