As a first step, we encourage all our business lending partners to complete and submit a Business Loan Inquiry at any FRC or by clicking here.
In most cases, you will need to complete the following items to begin the formal loan process. A business lending team member is available to provide assistance.
• Business Loan Application
• Personal Financial Statement for all owners, principals and officers
• Management Resume for owners, principals and officers
• A short history of your business
• The Debt Schedule for your business
• Monthly Proforma Income Statement for a 12 month period (past or future)
• Business Financial Statements, Tax Returns, Income statements, and balance sheets for the most recent three years
• Interim Financial Statement Signed and dated within the last 45 days
• Business Cash Flow Projection
• Personal Tax Returns for the most recent three years for all owners, principals and officers
• Agings of Accounts Receivable and Payables as of the date of the interim financial statement.
• IRS Form 4506 signed for business tax returns or Personal Schedule C
• Personal/business credit reports may be required
